Service Description

Kahven Benden is a digital social gifting platform that enables users to send each other coffee, beverages, and food products from partner cafes as a Benden. The platform acts as an intermediary between the Benden sender, the Benden recipient, and partner cafes. Product delivery is fulfilled by the partner cafes.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid phone number in Turkey to use the platform. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for the security of your account. You must keep your password confidential and not share it with others. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access.

Orders and Payment

All payments are processed securely through iyzico payment infrastructure with 3D Secure authentication. Once an order is confirmed, the payment amount is charged to your credit or debit card. Product prices are set by partner cafes and may vary. Payments made through the platform are subject to our refund policy.

Benden Redemption

The Benden recipient can redeem their product by visiting the partner cafe and presenting their QR code within the specified validity period. Bendens that exceed their validity period become void. Redemption is carried out by the respective partner cafe.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, software, and other materials on the Kahven Benden platform belong to Kahven Benden or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute, or use platform content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is prohibited when using the platform:

• Using the platform for illegal purposes
• Accessing the platform through automated systems
• Engaging in behavior that negatively affects other users' experience
• Sharing false or misleading information

Accounts that violate these rules may be suspended or terminated.

Limitation of Liability

Kahven Benden does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error. Kahven Benden is not responsible for the product quality or service level of partner cafes. Our liability for indirect damages arising from the use of the platform is limited and determined within the framework of applicable legislation.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. Kahven Benden reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of the terms of service. When an account is closed, pending Bendens will be evaluated within the framework of our refund policy.

Changes to Terms

Kahven Benden reserves the right to update these terms of service at any time. Significant changes will be announced via email or in-platform notifications. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of any dispute, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.
